What to Expect When Partnering With Gazelle Global

Collaboration

Right from the bidding stage, you will find Gazelle Global to be a collaborative partner. We review the RFQ for feasibility (this may include reaching out to our global partners for cost and country-specific details or suggesting methodology modification) and submit our proposal.

Dedicated Project Management

Whether it's a complex project involving multiple countries and complex programming, hard-to-reach populations, a small job just needing to top off research sample, or a piece of a project needing coding or translation, we can meet each of those needs. Once a project is awarded, a dedicated Project Manager is assigned. Our Project Managers guide clients every step of the way, answering questions, and managing the team to see the project through to completion. If there is a question that requires advanced knowledge or subject matter background, there is always the opportunity to speak to the expert at Gazelle who knows most about the question at hand. For example, if there is a problematic coding question, there will be the opportunity to speak to the coder. If there's a difficult programming question, you will be able to speak directly to the programmer.

Programming, Script Check, Data Collection, Data Delivery

If the project involves programming, the Project Manager will receive the questionnaire, review it, and send it to programming. Next, programming will program the study, and then an internal staff member will review it. In addition to checking the script, we will write, edit and check data from a slow start. Once in field, we will be monitoring quotas, running reports on data quality and communicating progress to the client. Data can be delivered in multiple formats including coded tabulations. Rest assured, quality will be evident throughout the process.
